Awards-Free… But I love Challenges!

I have been a terrible terrible person!

This blogging community has sent across some fabulous awards my way and I am simply not getting around completing them and passing them along like a good fellow-blogger and community member. Work hours has ensured less breathing time 😦 Which has created this endless delay!

So, I think this is a good time to say that I will not be able to do justice to the lovely awards coming my way. Going award-free is the solution to this even though it makes my heart heavy. I still have plans to stalk people receiving awards and the people they nominate – I have stumbled upon some fabulous bloggers that way!

I want to thank Erika, Ritu, Rob, A Momma’s View, Tonya, Annie , Joey, Amrit, Abyss Brain and many other people who have considered me for their awards. Thank you guys! It is amazing the way you graciously accept and pass on the awards.

BUT!! I love challenges. Photos, poetry, story, quotes, burps. Anything 😀 Keep ’em coming. Would love to participate 🙂

  2. Its creepy how I was just going through my notifications and thinking: maybe I should make a post and apologize to all the nice people who nominated me for the various chain awards…….and then I go to the ‘reader’ section and see your post :3

  3. I totally understand you, Prajakta. It is time-consuming next to the regular posts we are doing. Thank you for the mention. I really appreciate it. I hope you don’t mind if I forget at times (40+ you know… lol). But I never expect anyone to participate. I simply want to show my appreciation. Much love to you!

  5. Yes, I totally understand. Blogging while working for a job is very tough. In fact, I also feel like how to churn out words when you have no time to focus. Sometimes I also don’t take all challenges but some are so interesting and they are meant to be accepted. Isn’t it? 🙂

    Would add chocolates, ice cream, brownies and pav bhaji and garam jalebis, gulab jamuns and gajar ka halwa to that list though 🙂

  8. I have 4 awards, I have not yet responded to, and one of them is from my dear blogger friend Prajakta, given my way earlier this year.

    I know the exact feeling, and have been considering going the same route. Something to do with working, and also tryiong to fit in time to blog. Hoping to have something by the end of summer, maybe I will have something. We’ll see.

    Prajakta, you are such an AMAZING writer. And I really appreciate you taking the time (so precious for so many people) to drop by my blog, and always sharing so generous comments. THANK YOU! 🙂
